Benoit Daloze 93287a1fa8 Revert "Export BUNDLER_VERSION after installing Bundler"
* This reverts commit 3190662165.
* It causes other issues such as https://github.com/ruby/setup-ruby/issues/444
  due to creating additional global state.
* The use-case it solves is too niche to risk such issues,
  using `bundler-cache: true` avoids the problem.
